Thursday, September 5 – mark your calendars! This evening, we’re going all in with a rare taste explosion, in close collaboration with our amazing neighbors at Annis Pølsemakeri. Head Chef Christer Rødseth and master butcher Daniel Slakter are teaming up to deliver an unforgettable night of premium meats, world-class sausages, and specialties bursting with craftsmanship and love for quality ingredients.

We’re talking perfectly aged meats, sausages made with true pride, Annis’ own specialties, and food prepared with fire, iron, and open heat – all served the way we love it at Vaaghals: honest, unpretentious, and made for sharing.

The evening features 5 generous courses and a carefully curated drink pairing from our sommelier Aleksander Eriksson, created exclusively for the occasion.
