Who is behind Lille Betong and why the name "Lille Betong"?

Lille Betong is an extension of the Betong restaurant that opened in Oslobukta in 2023. We refer to Lille Betong as the "little sister" of Betong, which explains the name. Lille Betong is a cafe and wine bar created by the people behind Betong; Jonathan Hagen, Kai Lychee and Ali Wali.

What is the idea behind Lille Betong?

The idea behind Lille Betong was to create a chill place you can visit for something nice to drink and tasty snacks in the evening and a great cup of coffee and freshly baked goods during the day. Lille Betong is also the perfect place to gather before or after a visit to its big brother Betong.

What is the most popular order with you?

Our baker Jeanette bakes fresh pastries every day and the selection varies from day to day. Among other things, we can offer various buns, focaccias with various toppings, sandwiches, salads and much more. The buns and coffee in particular have gained a good reputation in the bay already!
