Indian Street Food & Co has modern Indian cuisine inspired by food stalls in the streets of India. Blending tradition with modern tastes and sustainable ideals, their goal is to elevate the Indian dining experience wherever they go.
Guests can come for a light snack, an all-nighter or drinks and snacks in one of the three bars. The venue is elegant and modern, with Nordic wood and handmade ceramics, designed to let the food take center stage. Something it does, with sky-high ambitions and local ingredients.
– We start each dining experience with a kind of flavor bomb. You get a little piece of India, with all flavors from mint to saffron and cardamom. After that, you're happy – and ready for just about anything, says head chef Dheeraj Singh.
This autumn, you will find many good classics on the menu, but they particularly highlight tandoori chicken wings and broccoli, the salmon from Norway, the good vegetables that are in season right now and the delicious bread with chilli, turmeric and local vegetables.
