Together with one of Norway’s most renowned chefs, Eirik Strøm Lillebø, they’ve crafted an exclusive four-course menu celebrating the finest seasonal ingredients – from halibut and fallow deer to apples and forest mushrooms, carefully foraged by the chef himself.
