In the kitchen, everything is made from scratch, with respect for the ingredients and a clear focus on quality and craft. The menu follows the seasons and changes with whatever is at its best right now – Norwegian ingredients at the centre, inspired by flavours and techniques from around the world. The result is playful, a little unexpected, and made to be shared around the table.
In the bar, people come together for good conversation, cocktails, wine and bubbles in surroundings that are easygoing but well put together – whether it’s something nice before dinner or late summer evenings by the water.
