New Head Chef and Sous Chef! Head Chef Moises Alajarin and Sous Chef Genis Costa have joined the team. Both bring extensive experience from some of Oslo’s most exciting restaurants – including Savage, Restaurant Einer, Avalon, Bokbacka, and Puta Madre.

With solid expertise, a passion for quality ingredients, and a shared vision for taste and guest experience, they are set to elevate both the food and the atmosphere to new heights.
