Pilates, strength and recovery don’t need three different addresses. SPACE in Barcode brings them together in one studio – with infrared and Finnish sauna included before and after class.
SPACE Pilates has redefined the standard for Pilates in Norway – with world-class instruction in a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Classes are built around the reformer, with 8–10 people in each. That gives the instructor time to focus on every participant’s technique and precision. All instructors are certified by leading international education providers and trained in the SPACE® Method, the studio’s own teaching framework. They also share knowledge about clients between them, so you don’t have to start over when you meet a new instructor. Levels are clearly described, classes vary from session to session, and the music is part of the experience.
The Barcode studio is one of five – the others are in Frogner, Skøyen, Vinderen and Bærum – and you can train at all of them at no extra cost. Class packs never expire, binding periods are short, memberships can be frozen, and there’s no joining fee. If the reformer is new to you, there are dedicated intro classes, and SPACE also runs classes where mum and little one train together.
