Summer has landed on the waterfront. Pinerolo Focacceria & Spritz has opened its pop-up doors in Bjørvika – a lively spot built around long Italian afternoons, a cold spritz in hand, and focaccia toasted to perfection.
The menu is all about focaccia sandwiches filled to the brim with Italian treasures – silky mortadella and stracciatella, spicy salami, pistachio pesto, and other carefully selected ingredients brought straight from Italy. Everything is fast, fresh, and made to be eaten in the sun.
Pair it with a Portofino-inspired spritz menu, ice-cold beers, and a seat by the canal. It’s the kind of place that turns a quick lunch into a proper afternoon.
Fast, vibrant, unapologetically Italian. All summer long in Bjørvika.
