At Stock, the roof is high, in every way – relaxed atmosphere, playful approach to the use of exquisite ingredients and serving tailored to your wishes. Stock is derived from the English word for force. A proper stock is an important ingredient for most dishes. At our restaurant, we take power seriously, whether it is to be used for seafood, meat or vegetarian dishes.

We often find inspiration for our dishes in France, Spain and Italy. It combines our experienced chefs with local ingredients, whether it’s the world’s best seafood, meat from small producers, game from the mountain home or vegetables harvested on farms near Oslo. Visit us for an informal lunch alone or with others, for an all-nighter, where you can delve into a rich wine list, or a quick dinner before the evening’s program – or take a seat at the bar and choose small dishes from our snack menu. Yes, of course we serve oysters and bubbles in the bar.
