The bakery works together with carefully selected suppliers based locally. In addition to fresh baked goods, sandwiches and a good selection of beverages, they offer an extended breakfast and lunch menu, which is prepared by the chefs on site. Here, organic and short-range products are used where it gives a benefit to taste, animal welfare or the environment.

To ensure good quality and taste, the focus is on human labor and skilled, knowledgeable employees, who bake according to traditional recipes. The pleasant venue also has its own outdoor seating, and interior design classics from Scandinavia.
